Registration Guidelines: Please ensure the following information and documents are ready before initiating the registration process.

▶ Registration must be completed in a single session. Kindly ensure a stable and uninterrupted internet connection throughout the process.
▶ Enter all details accurately as per the fields provided in the registration form.
▶ Information and documentation are mandatory for all travelers
(Dealer Partner and accompanying guests), as applicable per dealership.

Valid Indonesia Visa, as applicable*
Each document uploaded should not exceed 1 MB in size.
Supported file formats: JPEG and PDF only.
All files must be renamed using the traveller's full name, for example:
Arun Gupta - Ticket / Arun Gupta - Passport / Arun Gupta - Visa / Arun Gupta - Photo
Mobile number and email ID verification is mandatory for each traveller at the time of registration.
