Important Travel Information

• The Dealer Principal and spouse are cordially invited to attend the National Dealers Conference 2026.
• In lieu of spouse, the Dealer Principal may choose to be accompanied by one son or daughter.
• One room (single or double occupancy, as applicable) will be allotted per Dealer Principal.
• In case of additional accompanying members, kindly connect directly with the HMI Organizing team (Please refer Contact Us page). An additional cost will be borne by the Dealer towards accomodation, meals and incidental expenses.
• Airport pick-up and drop (shared coaches) will be arranged for delegates arriving and departing on the official conference dates, 12^th March arrivals and 15^th March departures only.
